Packaging Water Park Equipment

The packaging process for water park equipment requires a professional approach that prioritizes safety and damage prevention during transportation.

Custom-made double-layer corrugated cartons with shock-absorbent inserts are used according to equipment dimensions to secure core components. Precision parts are sealed with food-grade PE plastic film wrapping to block moisture and dust. Fragile areas (e.g., glass panels, electronic components) receive triple-layer thickened bubble wrap for impact protection. Large steel frames are reinforced with solid wood crating – constructed using 5cm×5cm pine battens to form three-dimensional protection, secured with anti-rust galvanized steel bands in cross-binding patterns, with additional rubber dampers at stress points. All materials comply with ISTA 3A international shipping standards. External packaging clearly displays moisture-proof, “Do Not Stack”, and center-of-gravity symbols to ensure equipment integrity throughout global logistics chains.
